On June 21, 2025, Magnolia Police Officers responded to the Magnolia Fire Station after receiving a report from one of the firefighters that a possibly intoxicated driver was parked in front of the fire station. Officers Easterday and Wolf arrived and made contact with a 32-year-old woman who was sitting behind the wheel of an Audi SUV. The woman admitted to consuming alcohol so she was asked to exit the vehicle in order to perform standardized field sobriety tests (FSTs). When she exited the vehicle, it was revealed that she was wearing a thong bikini bottom. After performing poorly on the FSTs, she was placed under arrest for Operating Under the Influence. She was transported to the Magnolia Police Headquarters, where (off-camera) she provided breath samples. According to the police report, the results were 0.19% BAC. Her charges are listed at the end of the video. The woman failed to report to court and there is currently an active warrant for her arrest.
