On August 3, 2024, Millburn Police located a stolen vehicle parked in parking lot E at Short Hills Mall. The vehicle was stolen out of Virginia. The officers were able to locate the operator of the stolen vehicle inside the mall. Lot Robles, age 27, of Manhattan NY, was placed under arrest. He was charged with receiving a stolen vehicle and shoplifting. These charges are merely accusations and the defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
