Officers located the black 2016 Jeep, and after initial contact, an officer observed clear indicators of impairment, leading to a decision to terminate field sobriety exercises due to safety concerns. The driver was subsequently placed under arrest for driving under the influence. As the officer inventoried the driver's possessions in the patrol car, the individual repeatedly questioned the reason for the arrest, to which the officer confirmed the charge of DWI and explained she would remain secured until arrival at police headquarters.
