May 8, 2024, around 11:20 PM, Osceola County deputies responded to a bizarre single-vehicle crash. The Homeowner reported a vehicle had barreled through her backyard, smashed through two fences, and landed directly in her screened-in pool—causing an estimated $150,000 in damage. Security footage captured the chaotic moment and showed a blond individual fleeing the scene. Shortly after, deputies spotted a shoeless man in only underwear and a white shirt walking along Jones Rd. When approached, the suspect took off running but was quickly apprehended and identified as Bryan Whitman.
