In Flagler County, Florida, deputies stop a 19-year-old woman after observing her driving erratically. When the deputy approaches the car, he detects the odor of alcohol and notices the driver’s agitated state. After being taken to jail, she submitted to two breathalyzer tests, registering a .167 and .171 — both more than twice the legal limit. The 19-year-old was charged with Driving Under the Influence (DUI).
