Please like, comment, and SHARE! 🙏 🔍 Episode Overview: HER SECOND BODYCAM DUI ARREST https://youtu.be/Ks3RfeWkk5w At around 4:30 PM on August 18, 2022, Officer Derek Paul from the Lawrence Township Police Department received a report about a woman in a confused mental state at Central Park. When he arrived, he saw the woman leaving the park in a 2012 Mazda. He turned on his emergency lights to pull her over, but she did not stop right away. After a pursuit that lasted several minutes, she finally stopped on Ewingville Road. The officer informed dispatch of his location and approached the vehicle, identifying the driver as 35-year-old Jasmina Alic. During their interaction, he noticed she had two small children in the back seat and observed signs of impairment. Jasmina informed the officer that they had been at Central Park in Lawrence Township and were on their way home. EMTs were called to check on her and her children because one child seemed to have a nose injury from the park. The officers inquired if she had been drinking, and she admitted to having had about two drinks in the hours before. Due to their concerns about her possible impairment, Jasmina was given the chance to take part in field sobriety tests. The first test was the Horizontal Gaze Nystagmus (HGN) test, but Jasmina could not finish it because she kept moving her head. Next was the Walk and Turn test. In this test, Jasmina struggled to stay in the starting position and did not walk heel-to-toe as required. The final test was the One Leg Stand, where Jasmina had difficulty raising her foot properly and maintaining her balance. Due to her slurred speech, the smell of alcohol, and her failure to properly perform the field sobriety tests, Officer Paul arrested Jasmina for driving under the influence. A search of her car found a half-full bottle of Svedka vodka. Her vehicle was impounded for a required 12-hour hold as per John’s Law. Officer Paul then took Jasmina to the Lawrence Township Police Department for processing. At police headquarters, Jasmina was informed of her rights and the Standard Statement for Motor Vehicle Operators. She consented to provide breath samples. The results from the Alcotest showed her blood alcohol concentration (BAC) was 0.25%, which is over three times the legal limit of 0.08%. After processing, records show she was taken to the Mercer County Correctional Center and later released, awaiting her court appearance at 11:48 PM that night. Officer Paul issued several motor vehicle summonses to her: operating under the influence, reckless driving, careless driving, driving while intoxicated within 1,000 feet of a school, having an open container of alcohol, and delaying traffic. Court records show that Jasmina faced three criminal charges in Lawrence Township. These charges include one count of eluding police after being instructed to stop in a vehicle and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child. Less than a month later, on September 12, 2022, Jasmina was arrested again for drunk driving in Ewing Township, New Jersey. 9:28 cop giving EMS a hard time about something? 10:29 She gave the proverbial drunk driver answer 16:09 I’d have issues paying attention with this giant PR in my face too 17:59 a mfr sneaking past with a flat ass tire 19:18 don't move continued to move Note to YouTube Reviewer: This footage has been produced by law enforcement specifically for DUI Arrest Videos via FOIA (records have been paid by #DUI #Arrest Videos).
