On February 25, 2024, Pullman Officer Padrta was dispatched to a hit and run traffic collision. Using his unique blend of police work and humor, Officer Padrta was able to locate the at-fault driver, an 18-year-old woman on her way to get her nails done. Officer Padrta advises her that he would be forwarding charges to the Whitman County Prosecutor. No word on the outcome of this case. All suspects are presumed to be innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
