#PoliceBodycam #Bodycam #DUI #PoliceArrest On December 11, 2023, Ohio police were finishing a traffic stop when a woman whose vehicle had broken down pulled up behind them asking for help. Officers soon became suspicious after noticing an open bottle and smelling alcohol coming from the vehicle. When officers asked her to step out, she repeatedly argued that they needed a warrant and questioned their authority to order her from the vehicle. The situation quickly escalated, and officers eventually placed her in handcuffs. During the arrest, she repeatedly accused the officers of illegally detaining her and threatened that they would lose their jobs. She also claimed that her father was the mayor of the city. Officers ultimately arrested her for operating a vehicle under the influence (OVI), assault on an officer, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, and obstructing official business, according to the video's closing narration. The case was still pending at the time of the footage's narration, so its final outcome was uncertain. Watch the full bodycam footage to see how a request for roadside assistance turned into a tense DUI arrest.
