Roary Miller and Police Officers Christopher Barral and Remy Garcia Marte responded to Hoboken University Medical Center, 308 Willow Ave., on reports of a disorderly person who pulled and activated the fire alarm system. An on-scene investigation revealed the individual, identified as 62-year-old Michael Ramos of Hoboken, pulled the alarm on his way out of the hospital. He was placed under arrest, transported to Hoboken Police Headquarters, and charged with causing false public alarm. It was discovered he had an open warrant for bail jumping. Ramos was transported to the Hudson County Correctional Facility. These charges are merely accusations and the defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty. #crime #news #disorderlyconduct
