Zaremba of Marengo, Illinois, was sentenced to 12 years and six months in prison after pleading guilty to aggravated DUI as a sixth offense. Court records described multiple incidents, including driving into oncoming traffic and a separate crash that left her seriously injured. Prosecutors said Zaremba had repeatedly driven under the influence despite prior DUI convictions, accidents, and court orders.
