On March 3, 2023, Lakewood Police Officer Dulik noticed a vehicle with expiration registration tags, so he initiated a traffic stop on the vehicle. Officer Dulik claims that he noticed watery eyes and slurred speech when the driver answered various questions. He asked her to exit the vehicle in order to perform standardized field sobriety exercises. She was eventually placed under arrest for DUI and expired registration and was transported to the Lakewood police station, where the results of her breathalyzer test were 0.155%. She was picked up by one of the sober passengers in her vehicle. On June 13, 2023, she pled guilty to an amended charge of willful or wanton disregard while operating a vehicle. The expired registration charge was dropped. She was fined a total of $470.00 and received 4 points on her driving record.
