A tragic hit-and-run claims a life, leading to a driver's delayed surrender and a confession of fear. On September 18, 2023, a woman in a wheelchair was fatally struck and then run over by two additional vehicles after being hit by a blue Subaru. The driver of the initial vehicle fled the scene, only to turn herself in three days later. She admitted to fleeing out of fear and because she was driving a borrowed car. The suspect now faces charges for leaving the scene of a fatality collision, and this clip appears to show a moment during her processing, possibly involving the handling of her personal belongings or intake procedures within a detention center setting. --- Transparency through the lens of the law.
