Police Response to A Man That Ransacks Convenience Store | Police Cam Encounters @Police Cam Encounters obtained body cam footage of an incident where Elee Garcia Silva was arrested after he was recorded destroying property, assaulting a store clerk and an older man and throwing a dog across a parking lot at Chucky's Convenience Store in Las Cruces, New Mexico. Silva is charged with criminal damage to property greater than $1,000, aggravated battery (misdemeanor) for attacking the clerk and the man with bottles, simple battery for attacking the clerk, and cruelty to animals for throwing the dog on the ground, according to DASO Captain Jeremy Hash.
