Officers’ bodycams capture the stepmother outside with her dog as the fire rages. She frantically yells for people to get out, then is later seen inside a parked black Acura down the street. Authorities would soon accuse her of holding her stepson captive for 20 years, sparking a major abuse and neglect case tied to the blaze. This footage shows her shifting presence as chaos unfolds. #bodycam #housefire #abusecase #policefootage #fireincident
