Officers went to the house on Newton Avenue South, and what they found by the front door was exactly what she had described. She wasn’t a stranger. She was the victim’s little sister. Charee Howard was 39, a licensed physician with her own business. Sherry was 54, the older sister who had been like a mother to her since their parents died. They lived in the same house. No one else was home. So detectives put Charee in an interview room, read her rights, and started asking questions. What she says in that room is not what anyone expects.
