According to the report, a staff counselor was injured after being knocked through a doorway during the incident. When officers arrived, they spoke with witnesses and the involved individuals before attempting to de-escalate the situation. As officers made contact with the client, identified as Nelson Molina, the encounter became tense, and officers had to intervene to safely gain control of the situation. After being assessed by medical personnel, Molina was taken to the Orange County Jail and later charged with battery on law enforcement and resisting officers.
