#news #police #arrest #cops Report: On 09/01/2022, Officers responded in reference to a Domestic Disturbance between a wife and her husband. Dispatch advised that the husband was alleging the wife of being intoxicated and throwing things. The suspect later called in and said she was scared of the husband, so she locked him outside. Officers were already familiar with the wife this night, she was involved a road rage fueled vehicle collision a few hours prior. The officer that had spoke with her described her as behaving in a disorderly, uncooperative manner. Once on scene, officers spoke with the husband and the wife The husband says she frequents does/says things that she can not remember the next day. The husband told the officer that the suspect is frequently violent with him, but he has never called police out to his house due to fear of him losing his son. The suspect and husband have been married and living together for six years, they have been involved in a relationship for seven years. The two share a five-year-old son. The husband says the argument this night originated from the wife accusing the suspect of not standing up for her during the car wreck incident. The husband says he could not stand up for her since he did not know what actually happened. The husband says this part of the incident was only verbal, and resulted in her driving away drunk. He had called and notified police of this, and officers responded to the house in attempt to locate the suspect in the area. While officers spoke to the husband earlier, he was visibly upset and crying due to the suspects behavior. He told the officer when the suspect arrived home, she picked the verbal argument where it had left off earlier. He says this argument escalated to the suspect throwing a can of alcoholic beverage at him. Covering him in alcohol. Officers saw that he was clearly very wet from his face, all the way down to his shoes. He showed the officers where this happened, which was in the garage, and the door that was behind where he was standing also had alcoholic beverage all over it. After this, he called 911. officers then went to speak to Kristin, whom was obviously intoxicated She was not very cooperative with my line of questioning, consistently evading answering questions. She told officers that on this night, the argument had originated from her asking her husband about instituting boundaries. When asked specifically about the drink incident, she seemed to not understand at first. She eventually told the officers that she had swiped the drink off a table, officers noted that there was no table in the area that this incident happened. After that, however, she told the officers that she could not remember everything that had happened. At this time, officers placed the suspect under arrest (BB/DL) After the suspect was placed in a patrol car, she said that the husband had been breaking the dishwasher and back glass door throughout the day. Officers later checked the house and determined this claim to be false.
