During the investigation, the police arrested a 54-year-old male, Luis Medina of Union City, NJ for Shoplifting [2C:29-1(A)], Obstructing the Administration of Law [2C:29-2A(3)(A)], Resisting Arrest [2C:29-2A(3)(A)] and Hindering Apprehension [2C:29-3B(4)] for providing false information to the police. Medina was issued his complaint warrant and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail. These charges are merely accusations and the defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty. #walmart #shoplift #news
