Arizona- Both guys were arrested for transportation for sale and possession. Total of 114 lbs. They were booked in on 7-3-24, the driver originally had a bond of $200k...I can't find any info on the passenger, not sure if they ended up dropping his charges and only charging the driver or not. The driver had an attorney and they were able to get his bond reduced to just $10k, he then posted that and was released on 8-12-24. Case is pending. 00:07 Traffic stop begins 01:50 Officer talks to the driver 03:25 Officer talks to passenger 04:43 Questions the driver 05:48 Driver refuses consent to search 08:23 Questions the passenger 09:45 K-9 search begins 11:41 Officer begins his search 14:33 Placed under arrest 21:25 more searching the vehicle *These are just charges, the people in these videos should be presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
