On February 25, 2025, Hoboken Police Officer A. Miller observed a vehicle parked the wrong way on a one-way street. He made contact with the 34-year-old driver and her passenger. They claimed to be coming from "East LA", a Tex-Mex restaurant in Hoboken that features a Taco Tuesday special that includes 2 street tacos and a Margarita. They also indicated that Google Maps directed them down the one-way street. Police Officer Archilla and Sgt. Miller arrived and the police report indicates that Sgt. Miller detected that the driver had bloodshot eyes. She was asked to step out of the vehicle in order to perform standardized field sobriety tests. Officer Archilla demonstrated and explained some of the worst field sobriety tests ever seen on this channel. At the end of the tests, the woman was placed under arrest for Operating Under the Influence of Liquor. Her passenger demanded a ride to the Hoboken Police Headquarters, but her demand was turned down by Sgt. Miller. The driver refused to submit to a breath test. Her charges are listed at the end of the video. All suspects are presumed to be innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
