Everyone knows that illegal narcotics get brought into the United States primarily through the southern border. Where does the money go after they are brought in? Well often times it goes right back down south to Mexico. The cartels use regular people to transport that cash for them. In this video you are seeing that, you might ask why are they hiding $160,000 in cash on the undercarriage of their vehicle instead of just having it inside the car? Well they are transporting this illegally and not declaring the cash at the border which is required by federal law. During a suspicious traffic stop a very common question officers will ask is: Are you carrying any cash over $10,000? While carrying large amounts of money itself is not illegal, it must be declared and the proper forms have to be filled out to make sure the funds aren't from something illegal or part of some sort of money laundering operation. (if you have ever traveled internationally, you know they ask this at the border too) This happens every single day. *suspects in these videos should always be considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. 00:10 Traffic stop 01:30 Driver Interviewed 06:54 Passenger Interviewed 08:14 Vehicle Searched 09:48 Search Under the Car
