He worked for the Lake County Sheriff’s Office. The deputy pulled the car over. The driver was Hilary. She said she was driving home. Hilary had been at a work event in Wilmette. Deputy Sarzynski asked if she had been drinking. Hilary said she had two drinks. She admitted to drinking before driving. Deputy Sarzynski suspected Hilary was impaired and called for backup. Then, he asked Hilary to exit the car for sobriety tests. The deputy began with the Horizontal Gaze Nystagmus test. Hilary had a clear foot injury. Because of this, Sarzynski skipped the Walk and Turn and One Leg Stand tests. Deputy Sarzynski finished the Horizontal Gaze Nystagmus test. He then asked Hilary to take a breath test, and she said yes. He tried many times to get her to blow into the device. Hilary could not give enough breath for a BAC reading. Hilary drove badly and said she drank alcohol. So, the deputy arrested her for driving under the influence. Hilary was handcuffed, then put in the patrol car. Her car was towed. Deputy Sarzynski drove Hilary to the Lake County Jail. She was processed there. Hilary was later released. She now awaits her day in court. The charges against her include driving under the influence. Her BAC was 0.08 or higher. She also faces a charge for improper lane usage. 17:30 fake crying 55:15 arrived at police station If you enjoyed this BodyCamBust video.
