Around 2:13 PM on February 26, 2026, officers with the Voorhees Township Police Department were dispatched to Boscov’s (6001 Voorhees Town Center) on a report of 2 female shoplifters who were being detained in the loss prevention office. Officer Grace arrived on scene and made contact with the 2 alleged shoplifters. The shoplifters did not have any identification, but they were sisters. The suspects identified themselves as 19-year-old Natalia Henry and 24-year-old Nicole Henry. The sisters were eventually placed under arrest for shoplifting. They were transported separately to the Voorhees Township Police Department. At the station, they were photographed, fingerprinted, and advised of their charges. Both Nicole and Natalia with shoplifting under 2C:20-11B(1). After the officers finished processing them at the station, they were given a ride back to their car and eventually released with summonses pending their court appearances. Court records indicate that as of July 22, 2026, both shoplifters’ cases are still pending before the Voorhees Township Municipal Court. Following this arrest, Nicole Henry was arrested again for allegedly shoplifting in Oaklyn, New Jersey on June 4, 2026. ---------------------------------------------- Please LIKE, SUBSCRIBE, and consider supporting this channel (email us for more information). (P.L. 2024, c.16). Defendants are considered innocent until proven guilty. The New Jersey Supreme Court has previously affirmed in Salzano v. North Jersey Media Group, 993 A.2d 778 (2010) that “The fair-report privilege reflects the judgment that the need, in a self-governing society, for free-flowing information about matters of public interest outweighs concerns over the uncompensated injury to a person's reputation.” This video advances a compelling public interest. The summary of events was based on records that are “open to public view through open access to public records” as defined in the Salzano case. In Ramos v. Flowers, 429 N.J. Super. 13, the Appellate Division of the Superior Court has also affirmed the right to film law enforcement interactions.
