On December 31, 2023, in Florida, a police officer responded to assist a man who had called 911 to report a missing driver's license after a traffic stop on the previous evening. Despite the license being returned, he requested a supervisor and claimed battery by one of the officers. When supervisors arrived, they reviewed the subject's video evidence, found no evidence of battery, and provided him with information to file a complaint. Despite warnings, the subject insisted on continuing to call 911 until the officer was arrested. This is the body cam footage of the events that followed.
