Video shows the Chrysler back into another cruiser as it pulls up behind the car. The car then went forward and ran over a curb. The car went through an apartment complex courtyard where multiple oeople were outside. Two officers on-foot appear to try to disable the tires and the man rolls away even as one officer pulls his service weapon. Only a minute later another crew spotted the runaway driver. The chase was very short, about three minutes, and then an officer performed a precision immobilization technique, or PIT, maneuver, to spin the vehicle. A woman jumped out and ran with her hands up. The driver finally did do what officers asked and stepped out with his hands up. Police identified him as 45-year-old D’ali Brown. He was arrested for failure to comply, felonious assault on a police officer and obstructing official business, according to police. He also was cited for driving under suspension and window tint. The female passenger was not hurt and was not charged. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Special thanks to Shout-Out Supporters on Patreon: - 'DIY Solar Power with Will Prowse' - 'Bad Drivers Of The NorCal Area' - Juan Villagomez - Leonardo Buzzolan - Zach Williams - Michael R Sheffield - Jacopo Di Taddeo - Rich Biggs - 'Ham_Radio' - 'D.
