On September 8, 2024, Upper Arlington Police Officer Voght observed a vehicle driving with 2 flat tires. He initiated a traffic stop on the vehicle, which was being driven by a 22-year-old woman. Officer Stansberry and Officer Gorsuch arrived and initiated an Operating a Vehicle Impaired (OVI) investigation. The woman admitted to consuming a High Noon, so she was asked to step out of the vehicle in order to perform standardized field sobriety tests. She was placed under arrest and was transported to the Upper Arlington Police Station, where she agreed to submit to a breath test.
