Police were called to a one-car accident involving the median, and when officers arrived on scene, they met Joseph, who was the driver of the vehicle. Joseph, who was the subject of our video, Creepy Neighbors' Ongoing Dispute (link below), had trouble answering the officers' basic questions. He admitted to consuming Captain Morgan prior to driving, and a trail of oil that started at the median ended at his car. Despite all this, Joseph remained confused as to how or why his car had four flat tires. Joseph refused to comply with field sobriety tasks, and was subsequently arrested for suspicion of DUI. Joseph admitted that he was intoxicated, and that the following day would be his 45th birthday. While in booking, his phone rang and he attempted to answer the call. The officer tried to prevent Joseph from answering the call, and the two wrestled for control of the phone.
