Please like, comment, and SHARE! 🙏 🔍 Episode Overview: On November 2, 2022, Patrolman Brandon Rollo of the Howell Township Police Department was on patrol with Patrolman Richard Robertiello at Friendship Road and Teak Road. At around 6:12 PM, they noticed a 2020 Chevy driving at 49 MPH in a 35 MPH zone. They followed the car and turned on their emergency lights to make a traffic stop near Route 9 South and Shady Lane. The driver entered a parking lot beside Sorrentino’s II, and the officers approached the car to start their investigation. Nineteen-year-old Brianna Anderson informed Patrolman Rollo that she was coming from her home. When Patrolman Robertiello asked her if she had been drinking, she claimed she hadn’t consumed any alcohol that day. However, her story raised suspicions, as Patrolman Robertiello smelled alcohol and noticed an empty airplane bottle in her car. Due to concerns about possible intoxication, Patrolman Robertiello asked Brianna to complete standard field sobriety tests. Brianna was not cooperative and initially agreed only to do the Horizontal Gaze Nystagmus (HGN) test. While conducting the HGN test, Patrolman Robertiello noted that Brianna showed a lack of smooth eye movement, distinct and sustained nystagmus when her eyes reached maximum deviation, and the onset of nystagmus before 45 degrees in both eyes, which indicated six out of six signs of impairment. After finishing the HGN test, Brianna declined to participate in the Walk and Turn or One Leg Stand tests. Given that there was an empty bottle of Barstool Sports Pink Lemonade in her vehicle and her refusal to perform the sobriety tests, Patrolman Rollo arrested Brianna for driving under the influence. After her arrest, officers searched her car and had it impounded for 12 hours as required by John’s Law. Officers Rollo and Robertiello took her to the Howell Township Police Headquarters for further processing. At the station, Patrolwoman Stephanie Regina conducted a search on Brianna. Then, Patrolman Robertiello explained the Standard Statement for Motor Vehicle Operators to her. Although Brianna first agreed to give breath samples, she became uncooperative during the breathalyzer test. After eight failed attempts, she was charged with refusing to provide the samples. After Brianna was processed, she was released to a sober person who signed the Potential Liability Warning form for her. She received several summonses, including operating under the influence, allowing breath sample testing, possessing an open container of alcohol, reckless driving, and speeding. Court records show that Brianna appeared in court without a lawyer on February 3, 2023, where she pleaded guilty to operating under the influence. She was fined $640, her driver's license was revoked for three months, and she was required to complete 12 hours at a resource center for intoxicated drivers. The other four charges were dismissed as part of her plea deal. 8:48 BOSSMODE 13:40 Nowhere in the US is weed legal for a 19yo. 16:33 as she finds out she wont get her cigarettes 29:36 no one will ever see you Note to YouTube Reviewer: This footage has been produced by law enforcement specifically for DUI Arrest Videos via FOIA (records have been paid by #DUI #Arrest Videos).
