Her SECOND DWI Arrest: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=853AS040mpc Her possibly escaping a DWI: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wa8wUYJ_TOI Her speeding ticket: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ify9Ief6S_s Around 12:00 PM on April 29, 2022, Patrolman Colin Hinkelmon of the Evesham Township Police Department was driving on Route 73. He observed a driver behind the wheel of 2018 BMW using her mobile device while simultaneously driving. As he followed the vehicle, he noticed that the driver, 26-year-old Angelique Pappas, continued to look at her phone and endangering the safety of other motorists. Since this was a violation of State law, he proceeded to initiate a traffic stop. Angelique provided her license and registration when Patrolman Hinkelmon asked for documentation, but she was unable to present proof of insurance. Patrolman Hinkelmon subsequently cited Angelique for the use of a hand-held wireless telephone (39:4-97.3) but decided to not cite her for failure to present proof of insurance. After he returned to his patrol car, he radioed to inform dispatch that he had issued her a summons and he was ending contact. Angelique had 2 been stopped other recent traffic stops in Evesham Township, and one of them was for speeding on May 2, 2021 while the other was for speeding and failure to maintain her lane on January 23, 2021. After the stop in January of 2021, Angelique was allowed to drive away with 2 traffic citations for speeding and traffic on marked lanes after denying being under the influence of alcohol. However, Angelique would later be arrested for 2 separate DWIs. Angelique’s 2 DWI arrests occurred on June 19, 2021 in Margate, New Jersey and August 7, 2022 in Evesham Township, New Jersey. This raises an important question: How many times did Angelique get away with driving under the influence before she eventually got caught…? --------------------------------------------------------------- Please LIKE, SUBSCRIBE, and consider supporting this channel (email us for more information). Our content is educational and in compliance with YouTube's Fair Use Policy because we edit several long clips into a concise story. This is similar to other law enforcement channels on YouTube. All videos and case documents were obtained pursuant to the New Jersey Open Public Records Act, N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1 et seq. (P.L. 2001, c. 404). Defendants are considered innocent until proven guilty. The New Jersey Supreme Court has previously affirmed in Salzano v. North Jersey Media Group, 993 A.2d 778 (2010) that “The fair-report privilege reflects the judgment that the need, in a self-governing society, for free-flowing information about matters of public interest outweighs concerns over the uncompensated injury to a person's reputation.” This video advances a compelling public interest. The summary of events was based on records that are “open to public view through open access to public records” as defined in the Salzano case. In Ramos v. Flowers, 429 N.J. Super. 13, the Appellate Division of the Superior Court has also affirmed the right to film law enforcement interactions.
