A late-night argument culminates in gunfire, leading officers to a suspect in a club's dressing room. Responding to reports of a firearm discharged on N Jackson Street, officers located a shell casing at the scene. A worker at a nearby establishment directed law enforcement to a dressing room where the female suspect was believed to be. Upon contact, the suspect, a young adult white woman wearing a white crop top and plaid skirt, initially denied involvement in the shooting. However, officers discovered a GLOCK 9mm handgun in a holster concealed under her skirt. She was subsequently placed in handcuffs, protesting the search, and transported to jail, facing charges including disorderly conduct and reckless conduct after the initial caller confirmed her identity. --- Transparency through the lens of the law.
