Police respond to a call regarding alcohol violations on a beach after a young woman presents a suspicious ID. When officers begin to investigate, they discover that the identification does not match her age and is linked to a much older person. As officers attempt to verify the ID, the young woman resists their commands and questions why she is being detained. The exchange grows tense as the officer instructs her to put her hands behind her back, warning her against resisting.
