Officers responded to a Celebrity Cruises ship docked in Key West after staff reported a physical altercation between a husband and wife in their cabin. Despite the highly intoxicated husband’s attempts to convince police that his facial injuries were just the result of a clumsy fall, both passengers were arrested for battery. The couple was swiftly kicked off the ship and transported to the local jail, bringing their expensive tropical vacation to an abrupt and awkward end.
