The man seen in the video shot two people during an argument on Sunday, August 29, 2010 at 1:24 a.m. The Milwaukee Police Department asks the community for assistance to identify him. As the video shows, the suspect is a white or Hispanic male, 17-19 years old, 5'09"-6'00", 250-300 lbs. It appears that he may have had a slight beard, but the lighting could have produced a shadow on his face. He was wearing a blue polo style shirt with white horizontal stripes, dark jean shorts and dark shoes. He was armed with a 9 mm handgun. A second suspect, not pictured, was described as a white or Hispanic male in his mid 20's, with short, black hair and an eyebrow that was pierced with a silver stud. He was wearing a white t-shirt with black tribal designs and dark jean shorts. The suspects used the vehicle seen in the video which is a red 1989 Ford Festiva two door hatch back with a Wisconsin plate of "420-SAA". Police have located and recovered the vehicle. The community is encouraged to view the surveillance video and if anyone has information regarding this incident or any such crime, to please contact the Milwaukee Police Department at 414-935-7360.
