buymeacoffee.com/BlueLineLens On July 26, 2024, at approximately 10:45 a.m., Police Officers Frank Francolino and Michael Aviles responded to the 500 block of Marshall Drive on reports of a loud argument. An on-scene investigation revealed that 33-year-old Raymond Turner of Hoboken had gotten into a verbal argument with his teenage child in their apartment, but both had since left. Officers located Turner outside the building, where he was irate and yelled at the officers and his daughter. At one point, he pushed past officers to charge toward his daughter. He ignored the officers' commands to calm down and charged toward them again. Turner was then arrested for obstructing the administration of the law. He was transported to Hoboken Police Headquarters where it was discovered Turner had an outstanding warrant. He was released with a summons and a new court date. These charges are merely accusations and the defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty. #news #crime #domestic
