On October 27, an OKCPD officer responded to a minor accident on NW 39th Street Expressway near Meridian. Although no one was injured, 70-year-old Lich Vu argued against receiving a moving violation ticket, contending it was unwarranted. During the exchange, Vu lightly tapped the officer’s chest and told him to “Shut up,” prompting the officer to take him down forcefully. Vu was handcuffed on the ground, after which the officer called for a supervisor and requested medical assistance. The video contains scenes of physical confrontation that may be disturbing to some viewers. Viewer discrection is advised. #OklahomaCityPolice #PoliceArrest #LichVu #BodycamFootage #PoliceConfrontation #ElderlyArrest #ExcessiveForce #CarAccidentOKC #NW39thStreet #PoliceTransparency #OKCPD ----------------------------- Credits: Music: The Chase by Soundridemusic Link to Video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SfiB4w-oN9o&t=0s
