Police in Edgewater, Florida, responded to a troubling call outside a local bar after a passerby noticed a 2-year-old child left alone inside a parked car. Officers determined the child had been unsupervised for nearly two hours while the mother and her boyfriend were inside. When deputies opened the vehicle, they found the toddler distressed — a heartbreaking scene that left officers deeply concerned. Both adults were arrested and face child neglect charges. This case highlights the dangers of leaving children unattended and how quickly a night out can turn into a serious incident.
