On July 20, 2023, Lakewood Police Officers responded to a report of a driver passed out behind the wheel of a running automobile. When they arrived on scene, they discovered a 23 year-old woman that would not wake up for them. After several minutes, the woman finally awoke but was completely incoherent. She was arrested for being in physical control of a vehicle while intoxicated. Her rant and outburst while handcuffed in the back of the police car are one-of-a-kind. The disposition of the criminal case is listed at the end of the video.
