16:14 If you only have time to watch 4 minutes of YouTube today, this should be the 4 minutes you watch! On August 26, 2023, the mother of a 19-year-old woman called the police because she was concerned her daughter might be consuming alcohol and driving. Strongsville Patrolman Glover located the 19-year-old and initiated a traffic stop. The woman initially denied consuming any alcohol or illegal substances. In order to confirm this, Patrolman Glover asked the woman to submit to a portable breath test (PBT), which she agreed to. However, his PBT is not working, so he subjects the woman to field sobriety exercises. It appears that he is about to release the woman when he notices a "substance" on the front seat of her vehicle. She is detained, handcuffed, and placed in the back of the police car. What happens next is about as incredible as it gets. On camera, she slips out of the handcuffs, pulls out a White Claw from who knows where, and chugs it like a veteran alcoholic. She then takes a hit off of her vape for good measure. She shoves the empty White Claw can down the front of her pants and makes it known to Patrolman Glover that her handcuff came off. Patrolman Glover still doesn't adequately search her because the empty can is not discovered until she arrives at the jail. She submits to an evidential breath test at the jail and the result is 0.219% BAC. Despite all of this, Patrolman Glover takes her outside of the jail to take a hit from her vape again. Her charges and the incredibly lenient outcome are discussed at the end of the video.
