On October 1st, 2022, officers were dispatched to a parking lot after receiving reports of a vehicle occupied by numerous children who appeared to be unkempt, with no shoes, and visibly dirty. Witnesses observed the children walking in and out of nearby restaurants unattended to get water. Additionally, it was reported that the adults in the vehicle were slumped over at one point, raising concerns about possible substance use. This is footage of the events that followed.
