Jordan Cain, 25, is speeding and aggressively passing cars on his Suzuki Motorcycle. Deputies catch up to Cain and deactivated his bike. After he is apprehended Cain claims his innocence stating the deputies failed to allow him to flee using his motorcycle. Apparently Jordan feels a highspeed Motorcycle pursuit is a prerequisite for arrest. He was charged with: Possession of a weapon by a convicted felon, resisting officers, and possession of controlled substances with intent to deliver. Over three thousand dollars was seized along with the motorcycle.
