A beach altercation over a past relationship quickly escalates, leading to an arrest and the pursuit of a restraining order. Patrolman Christopher Panduri responded to a report of a fight no longer in progress on a busy public beach around 12:12 PM. Upon arrival, an alleged victim, a blonde woman in a patterned bikini, recounted being approached and assaulted by Christina Esposito after a verbal dispute over a shared partner escalated. The officer observed clear scratch marks on the victim's back, corroborating her account that Christina had kicked sand and then hit her. Following a description and phone number, Sergeant Richard Huegel located Christina Esposito on a nearby sidewalk. Based on the victim's injuries and corroborating witness accounts, Christina Esposito, wearing a black bikini top and a floral wrap skirt, was placed under arrest for simple assault, handcuffed, and transported to the police department for processing. She was subsequently issued a summons for Simple Assault and released, while the victim was provided information to seek a restraining order. --- Transparency through the lens of the law.
