Deputies in Manatee County investigate reports of screams for help in the woods. They located a naked man under a bridge in a shallow creek. The man was unable to move due to a leg injury and had been stuck there for 2 days calling out for help, but nobody came to his aid. Deputy Roberts lifted the man out of the water and up an embankment. Four other deputies used a blanket to carry him approximately 250 yards down the railroad tracks to an awaiting ambulance.
