The manager of a CVS contacted authorities after figuring out that his pharmacist had been submitting forged prescitipins for herself, family and others. When confronted she claimed that she only did this becuase she felt like these were prescriptions that he doctor would have written for her anyway. After an investigation she was arrested on over 80 felonies including fraud, possession, sell, or deliver contraband/drugs, forgery, and grand theft. This allegedly had gone on for years. Pharmacists do not have the ability to write prescriptions, they are not Doctors. This is actually a pretty serious offense that can result in several years in prison. It also involves the billing of insurance companies for stuff they should not be billed for, so there is a financial component as well to this crime. The case is still pending. She is currently out of bond, it appears that the total amount for bail was around $85k (she was charged with 85 felonies, $1k per). The video was from September of 2025 and she was arrested in October after detectives investigated the claims from CVS. Suspects in these videos should always be considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
