The car was on the northbound entrance ramp of I-95 at the W Atlantic Avenue interchange. Officer Windsor noticed the driver change lanes abruptly across two lanes without signaling. The Passat was too close to other cars. Due to this violation, he decided to pull the car over. The driver, later identified as 18-year-old Averie, stopped on the east shoulder of the road. Officer Windsor approached the vehicle to make contact. When Officer Windsor approached Averie, he noticed she smelled of alcohol. Her eyes were red and glassy. Although she denied drinking recently, she struggled to find her documents. Sensing she might be impaired, Officer Windsor asked her to step out of the vehicle for field sobriety tests. He began with the Horizontal Gaze Nystagmus test, then moved on to the Walk and Turn test, the One Leg Stand test, the Modified Romberg Balance Test, and finally had her recite the alphabet. Averie was stopped for a traffic violation. The officer noticed the smell of alcohol and Averie admitted to drinking. She failed the field sobriety tests, so Officer Windsor arrested her for driving under the influence. After her arrest, she was taken to the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office DUI testing facility. There, she agreed to take breath tests. Averie provided three breath samples, showing BAC levels of 0.124%, 0.152%, and 0.150%. All three readings were significantly above the legal limit of 0.02% for drivers under 21. After Averie provided her breath samples, she faced charges for driving under the influence, reckless driving, and failing to signal properly. Court documents reveal that on April 3, 2023, the DUI charge was dropped, and the improper signal charge was dismissed. Despite this, Averie admitted guilt to reckless driving and was ordered to pay a total of $708.50 in fines between April 3, 2023, and July 27, 2023. 2:28 They blurred her without her permission. 6:13 chicky was definitely spinning and praying 16:20 some motorcycle passes the traffic stop lol 23:00 I'm putting my money on a bac of 0.14 25:20 Barbie under influence the show start 26:35 she starts growling like a demon 27:16 rehabilitated? 32:12 the best part If you enjoyed this BodyCamBust video .
