Refusing to ID Turns Into Arrest Outside Olive Tree Restaurant in Georgia When officers arrived at the Olive Tree in Hiram, Georgia, they were responding to what seemed like a minor disturbance. Two individuals complied, identified themselves, and left without issue. But a third person — a visibly agitated woman — refused to give her name, cursed at officers, and escalated the situation with combative behavior. With options running out, officers made the call… and she ended the night in custody. 👉 Did this woman seal her fate by escalating the stop — or should officers have done more to deescalate?
