Deputies were dispatched to a multi-unit residence after someone called 911 to report a mentally distressed man in need of assistance. When the responding deputy found the man in question, he was seen on police body camera holding a drink that resembled absinthe. As the man was questioned, someone remarked that Kyle shouldn't be drinking, which led us to wonder if the drink was in fact absinthe. As a response to the remark that he shouldn't be drinking, Kyle chugged the beverage in plain view of the deputy's body camera.
