Officers quickly detained Fonda Spratt. During a later police interview, Spratt gave investigators a remarkably direct account of what she said led to the shooting and what she intended when she entered the neighboring apartment armed. This episode uses the bodycam and interview footage to examine the shooting, the eyewitness account, Spratt's statements to investigators, and the Georgia law behind the attempted-murder and home-invasion charges.
