Throwback Thursday - Video updated with the outcome of the criminal case. On May 27, 2023, Roswell Police Officers received numerous calls about an erratic driver who was traveling on a flat tire. Officers located the vehicle and initiated a traffic stop. The 23-year-old driver was not aware that she had a flat tire. She was instructed to exit the vehicle and she was interviewed by Officer Irvin. She admitted to smoking cannabis earlier in the evening. As a result, she was asked to perform standardized field sobriety tests. At the conclusion of the tests, she was placed under arrest for DUI. She eventually consented to both a blood draw and a breath test. She was transported to the hospital for the blood draw and was then taken to the Roswell police station, where she submitted to an evidential breath test. The result was 0.14% BAC, even though she adamantly denied consuming alcohol. The end of the video has been updated with her charges and the outcome of her case.
