Fugitive Hides Under House Until K9 Uno Takes A Massive Bite! In Bunnell, Florida, Flagler County Sheriff's deputies attempted to pull over a stolen pickup truck operated by 33-year-old James Myers. Myers, a career criminal with a extensive criminal history in Florida, refused to comply and led officers on a pursuit before abandoning the stolen vehicle near Cheryl Elaine Drive. Myers and a female passenger fled on foot into a nearby residential area, prompting deputies to establish an immediate perimeter. FCSO Deputy Towns and K9 Uno were deployed to track the suspect. Following a sharp scent trail, K9 Uno guided officers directly to a house where crawlspace blocks had been tampered with. Myers was hiding in the dark foundation underneath the residence and refused repeated orders to surrender. K9 Uno was sent into the crawlspace and successfully apprehended Myers by his arm. Myers was pulled from beneath the home, given medical clearance at AdventHealth Palm Coast, and processed into the Sheriff Perry Hall Inmate Detention Facility.
