On July 30, 2024, at approximately 9 a.m., Sgt. Jason Falco and Police Officer Frank Lombardo responded to ShopRite on reports of a shoplifting where the actor was detained by loss prevention officers. Store security told officers the actor, identified as female, was seen placing products worth approximately $326.62, into her cart, before walking out without paying. She was stopped by security officers just outside the store. She was placed under arrest for shoplifting. A search incident to arrest located a glass cylindrical pipe with burn marks on one end and a small, thin piece of metal, both of which are commonly used to ingest CDS crack cocaine. She was further charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. She was transported to Hoboken Police Headquarters for processing and transported to the Hudson County Correctional Facility. All suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty
